DoubleTree by Hilton West Fargo Sanford Medical Center Area

What a great stay! From the fresh cookies, amazing bed, and loving the body wash/shampoo/conditioner! The rooms are super clean and very nice. The pool and hot tub are nice as well however you may have a lot of kids in there. There’s not adult time it seems so that’s disappointing to be able to fully relax. The front desk was countless times not available during the stay but the check in process a was easy.

I had a great experience at this hotel. The room was great! It was very clean. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The service was great! The bathroom was out of bodywash and once I mentioned it they came and refilled it right away and even brang extra towels. The pool was warm and the hot tub was hot but not too hot. They were a little dirty , lots of fuzz and hair floating. The booking had mentioned free breakfast, but when I went down for breakfast I did have to pay. So that was a bummer. Overall it was a great experience.

I recently stayed here and loved the room set up, made it easy to have different zones for the room. The staff was very friendly and the pool was open late making it easy to tire out kids before bed. There are some locations walkable but mostly you’d need a car if you stayed here.

I had an excellent stay while I was in town visiting family in the hospital. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. My accommodations are great. I will definitely plan to stay here again next time I'm in town.

This is the best Hilton property in Fargo. It’s the furthest away from my workplace, but worth the drive. Bedding and towels are nice quality. Comfy pillows and the duvets are brand new. I was upgraded to a two room suite with a nice separate bedroom. I love the pool, it’s very clean and works well for my water workout. My one tiny gripe- I can NOT figure out how to watch cable tv in this hotel. When you select a channel on the screen, the tv flips to a weird tv guide channel that you can’t get out of. I tried it with the room remote and with the remote on the app and neither worked. I had to sign into my Disney+ account and watch that instead.

This is a late post but as promised, I am posting a great review. The service provided by the front desk staff was better than expected. I believe our receptionists name was Shi … and she was a beautiful young woman who has excellent customer service skills. We came in late and tired and she was extremely accommodating to our questions and needs. We would definitely recommend this location to others.

This is one of my favorite DoubleTree locations. The rooms were clean for the date of them, all the staff are friendly and they went above and beyond during my stay. You do have to pay for breakfast but for hotel food, I'm not complaining. Everything I ate for breakfast and dinner was delicious! I was here for work and the conference rooms were even immaculate. When work sends me to Fargo again, I will be staying here.
